- Description: This was a emergency project that Mount Construction Co., Inc. was called on to repair and provide complete restoration. It was found that a 4" water main was leaking and caused the damage to the roadway and also caused 2 12" clay sewer mains to be compromised. The leak and the sewer mains were repaired despite the vast amount of utilities that were within the trench.
