<h3>Dave Smith</h3> <h4>Chief Executive Officer</h4> <p>Dave Smith, the founder of Mount Construction, trained as a carpenter with the aspiration of one day starting his own construction business. Since then Dave has accumulated 22 years of construction and construction related experience. He has spent 17 of those years operating his company, Mount Construction. Dave is currently CEO of Mount Construction.</p> <p>Dave serves as a Board Member and Vice President of the <a href="http://www.utcanj.org/" target="_blank">Utility and Transportation Contractors Association of New Jersey (UTCA)</a>. The UTCA of New Jersey is a national award winning, non-profit trade association that currently includes approximately 1,100 member firms active in all phases of heavy, highway, site, utility and environmental remediation construction, in the public and private sectors, throughout the State. Dave also serves on the Legislative Committee for the UTCA.</p> <p>Dave is also a member of the NJ American Water Works Association and a member of the NJ Water Environmental Association. He also serves as President of the Mount Construction Charitable Organization, of which he organizes a yearly Charitable Golf Tournament to benefit a young member of our community.</p> <p>Dave is also very active in his community coaching various sports and working with various other organizations. He and his wife Jeanne have two children.</p> <p> </p> <h3>Kenneth Landberg</h3> <h4>President</h4> <p>Kenneth Landberg joined Mount Construction in 1995 as an Estimator and quickly became its Vice President. He has since been made President and oversees all operations. Ken attended Drexel University where he studied Civil Engineering and Construction Management. He has over 30 years experience in both estimating and project management. Throughout his career he has dealt with several facets of the industry including residential, public and commercial projects.</p> <p>Ken and his wife have two children. His hobbies include boating, fishing, and motorcycles.</p>
Drawing on 20 years of construction experience, Ms. Littlefield joined the Mount Construction team in early 2002 as its Chief Financial Officer. She had previously obtained her B.A. in accounting from Stockton State College and her Masters of Business Administration from Rowan University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Karen and her husband have two children.
